When the terms of a booking have been agreed (either verbally or by email), please use your standard booking procedure. We encourage suppliers to send clients all of the documents below:
The villas terms and conditions to be signed and returned by the client
A booking form to be signed and returned by the client
A deposit invoice, stating when the deposit must be paid and when the final balance is due
A full list of inclusions for the client's booking
An invoice for any security deposits or additional extras
