How do I know when an enquiry has been made?

When a prospective guest makes an enquiry via your villa page, an email alert will be sent to you (or the delegated host) stating his/her name, telephone number and some basic booking details.

Enquiries can only be answered from host who has been allocated to respond.

You can also activate text alerts in Hosting & Management so a text message will also be sent when a new enquiry comes through.
