What is the complaints procedure?

If you are unhappy about an aspect of the villa you should raise your issue with the Local House Manager and / or the Host immediately so they may be given a chance to rectify the problem.

You should refer back to the the Villa Brochure we provide on booking if the services or facilities were not as expected.

The Terms & Conditions signed prior to booking are a legally binding contract and if an owner does not adhere to them you would be  entitled to bring legal proceedings against him / her.

While The Villa Collective does not directly mediate disputes, we will contact owners if serious  allegations of misconduct have been raised, or if misleading information has been provided.  Owners are contractually obliged to keep their listing accurate and up to date and if they are found to be neglecting this responsibility we reserve the right to remove them from the site.
