What is the complaints procedure?

If your client is unhappy about any aspect of the villa they will raise their issues with the Local House Manager and / or Host immediately, so they may be given a chance to rectify the problem.

The Terms & Conditions signed by your client prior to booking are a legally binding contract and you and your client must adhere to them. If you feel your client has not adhered to the terms of the contract you would be entitled to bring legal proceedings against him / her.

While The Villa Collective does not directly mediate disputes, we will may contact you if serious allegations of misconduct have been raised, or if misleading information has been provided.  As a supplier you are contractually obliged to keep your listing accurate and up to date, if the Villa Collective find the supplier has been negligent The Villa Collective reserve the right to remove you from the site.
